Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was amazed by the breathtaking views of Manhattan from the room, which was kept very clean with fresh towels every day. The amenities were top-notch, and the view was simply wonderful, a true highlight. However, the price might not fit everyone's budget perfectly.
The hotel offers rooms with breathtaking views of Manhattan but lacks a coffee machine. The location is central to Chinatown but in a not so clean area. The service is excellent, accommodating every request, and the dining offers off-top views over Manhattan.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel, with amazing views of Manhattan and comfortable, modern rooms. The service was outstanding, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was convenient, close to various attractions and transportation. The dining experience was satisfactory but could use some improvement. Overall, a great value for money stay!
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms offer a great view uptown and have enough space for just 1 person to move around comfortably. The rooftop bar provides fantastic views, and the overall experience was truly memorable. The only drawback was the price, which was on the higher side, but considering the value for money, it was worth it.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. The location was perfect, right in the heart of NYC with easy access to everything. The dining was delicious, with stunning views over Manhattan, although it was not included in our fare. The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area. Definitely a great value for money!
I had a wonderful stay with stupendous views of uptown and a great view of the Manhattan Bridge. The rooms were well maintained and clean, offering a fantastic vista. The service was top-notch, from the door to the desk to the manager who accommodated every request. The location was convenient, with easy access to multiple metro stations and close to main shopping streets. The dining experience with super off-top views over Manhattan was delightful. However, the hotel is situated in not so clean Chinatown, and dining was not included in the fare.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with breathtaking views of Manhattan and a great walk-in shower in my room. The service was exceptional, accommodating our request of a corner room for my daughter's birthday. The location was convenient, just a short walk from multiple metro stations. Although the dining options were a bit limited, the overall experience was fantastic.
